Western blot - Anti-FLT3 antibody [EPR31042-551] (AB326101)
Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
FLT3 is a glycoprotein of approximately 130-160 kDa and is detected as a 120 kDa band after treatment with the deglycosylation enzyme Peptide : N-glycosidase F (PNGase F).
The expression profile/molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID : 28895560).
Samples are non-boiled as boiling may cause protein aggregation.
This blot was developed using a high-sensitivity ECL substrate, allowing for the detection of proteins in the mid-femtogram range.
In Western blot, Anti-Vinculin antibody [EPR8185] (ab129002) (1 : 10000) (124KDa).
