FRMD4A also known as FERM Domain Containing 4A is a protein with an important role in cellular signaling. It has a molecular mass of approximately 80 kDa. This protein is expressed in various human tissues with strong presence in the brain. As a part of the FERM domain-containing protein family FRMD4A participates in the organization of the cell cortex and binds to several partners facilitating signal transduction within cells.
