Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-GABA A Receptor alpha 5/GABRA5 antibody [N415/24] (AB302962)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat spleen tissue to label GABA A Receptor alpha 5/GABRA5 with ab302962 at 1/200 (5.59 μg/ml) followed by anti-Mouse IgG1 antibody (ab125913) for 8 mins during the Leica DS9800 kit staining procedure. Negative control : no staining on rat spleen. The section was incubated with ab302962 for 30 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. Counterstained with Hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution 2) for 20 mins.

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-GABA A Receptor alpha 5/GABRA5 antibody [N415/24] (AB302962)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse hippocampus tissue labeling GABA A Receptor alpha 5/GABRA5 with ab302962 at 1/200 (5.59 μg/ml) followed by anti-Mouse IgG1 antibody (ab125913) for 8 mins during the Leica DS9800 kit staining procedure. Positive staining on mouse hippocampus. The section was incubated with ab302962 for 30 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. Counterstained with Hematoxylin. Secondary antibody only control : Primary diluent was used instead of primary antibody, followed by anti-Mouse IgG1 antibody (ab125913). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution 2) for 20 mins.

Western blot - Anti-GABA A Receptor alpha 5/GABRA5 antibody [N415/24] (AB302962)
Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
Negative control : spleen (human protein atlas database). Samples are non-boiled as boiling may cause protein aggregates. There is an unknown band at 130 kDa.
This blot was developed using a high sensitivity ECL substrate. The high-sensitivity ECL substrate used allows for the detection of proteins in the mid-femtogram range.
