Immunoprecipitation - Anti-GABARAP + GABARAPL1 + GABARAPL3 antibody [EPR18862] (AB191888)
GABARAP + GABARAPL1 + GABARAPL3 was immunoprecipitated from 1 mg of Mouse brain lysate with ab191888 at 1/150 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab191888 at 1/1000 dilution. VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366), was used for detection at 1/1000 dilution.
Lane 1 : Mouse brain lysate, 10μg (Input).
Lane 2 : ab191888 IP in Mouse brain lysate.
Lane 3 : Rabbit IgG,monoclonal [EPR25A]- Isotype Control (ab172730) instead of ab191888 in Mouse brain lysate.
Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
Exposure time : 3 minutes.
