ab190685 at 1/20 dilution immunoprecipitating GCLC in Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia T lymphocyte) whole cell lysates.
Lane 1 (input) : Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia T lymphocyte) whole cell lysate 10μg
Lane 2 (+) : Jurkat whole cell lysate
Lane 3 (-) : Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab190685 in Jurkat whole cell lysate
For western blotting, ab227648 at 1/500 dilution and VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP)(ab131366) at 1/50000 dilution were used.
Blocking and diluting buffer : 5% NFDM /TBST.
This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab190685).
