ab7291 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/ab7291 1000 1ug/ml dilution (Magenta). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).

Blot of lane 1 and lane 2 was developed using a high-sensitivity ECL substrate, allowing for the detection of proteins in the mid-femtogram range. Remaining wells were developed using the standard substrate protocol.
