Indirect ELISA analysis of ab324954 at 1000-0 ng/ml. The Secondary antibody used was Peroxidase AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Fc fragment specific at 1 : 20000 dilution dilution.
Antigen : Human GPC2 protein, Human GPC6 protein, Human GPC1 protein.
Antigen concentration : 1000 ng/ml
This antibody does not cross-react with human GPC1 and GPC6.

This data was developed using ab324954, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
Negative control : HeLa 293T ARPE-19 (PMID : 34195677).
The expression profile/ molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID : 34195677; PMID : 34337560; PMID : 12084985).
The identity of the higher MW bands observed in lanes 1–2 are most likely glycosylated forms of GPC2 (PMID : 34337560).
In Western blot Anti-GAPDH antibody [EPR16891] - Loading Control (ab181602) staining at 1/200000 dilution.
Exposure time : Lane 1 : 136 seconds; Lanes 2-5 : 70 seconds.
