The GRK6 protein localizes to the cellular membrane and operates as part of a larger signaling complex. This regulation process affects cellular responses like migration and immune reactions. GRK6 influences the reactivation and recycling of GPCRs impacting the duration and intensity of receptor-mediated signals in cells.
