Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-GST antibody [EPR4236] (AB111947)
Immunofluorescence staining of 293T cells transfected with GST, with ab111947 at a working dilution of 1/100 and counter-stained with DAPI. Tubulin was also stained with mouse anti-tubulin at a dilution of 1/1000 (ab7291) and Alexa Fluor® 594 goat anti-mouse at a dilution of 1/500 (ab150120). The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti rabbit (ab150077), used at a dilution of 1/500. The cells were fixed in 4% PFA and permeabilized using 0.1% Triton X-100. The negative controls are shown in the bottom hand panels - for the first negative control, anti-GST antibody (ab111947) was used at a dilution of 1/100 followed by an Alexa Fluor® 594 goat anti-mouse antibody (ab150120) at a dilution of 1/1000 and for the second negative control, mouse anti-tubulin (ab7291) and anti-rabbit secondary antibody (ab150077) were used.

Western blot : Anti-FOXA1 + FOXA2 + FOXA3 antibody [1B1] ab55178 staining at 1/500 dilution, shown in green; Rabbit anti GST (ab111947) loading control staining at 1/200 dilution, shown in magenta. To generate this image, samples were run on an SDS-PAGE gel then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane. Membranes were blocked in 3pc Milk in TBS-0.1 % Tween® 20 (TBS-T) before incubation with primary antibodies overnight at 4°C. Blots were washed four times in TBS-T, incubated with secondary antibodies for 1 h at room temperature, washed again four times then imaged. Secondary antibodies used were Goat anti-Mouse 800CW & Goat anti-Rabbit 680RD at 1/20,000 dilution.

They facilitate the conjugation reactions fundamental to cellular metabolism and detoxification making them essential for maintaining cellular health.
