Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-HA tag antibody [HA-7] (AB49969)

HEK-293 cells overexpressing N-terminal HA tagged fusion protein were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton™ X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 1 μg/mL Anti-HA tag antibody [HA-7] (ab49969). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3™ conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.

Immunoprecipitation - Anti-HA tag antibody [HA-7] (AB49969)

ab49969 Immunoprecipitating HA tag in HA tagged protein transfected 293T whole cell lysate. 25μg of cell lysate was incubated with primary antibody (1/2500 in lysis buffer) and matrix (Protein A/G) for 6 hours at 4°C. For western blotting anti-mouse HRP (ab6789) (1/10000) was used to confirm successful immunoprecipation.

75kD is specific band for HA tagged protein. 120kD, 55kD, 35kD is non specific band for protein A/G bead.
