Interpolated concentration of native HDGFL2 cryptic peptide was measured at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : TARDBP knockout HAP1 cell extract (125 µg/mL) and wild type HAP1 cell extract (125 µg/mL). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA). Interpolated concentrations of HDGFL2 cryptic peptide in wild type HAP1 cell extract were below the detectable range of the assay. Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
