    Dot blot analysis of Histone H3 K9M mutant using Anti-Histone H3 (mutated K9M) antibody [EPR26429-113] ab289969 at 1/1000 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated (Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ab97051) at 1/100,000 dilution.

    The samples are as follows:

    Lane 1: Human Histone H3 (K9M) peptide (aa4-15)

    Lane 2: Human Histone H3 (K9M) peptide (aa2-12)
