Flow cytometric analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed, 90% methanol permeabilized HEK-293T (Human embryonic kidney epithelial cell line) cells transfected with a human Histone H3 WT expression vector containing a myc-His-tag® (Left) / HEK-293T cells transfected with a human Histone H3 (K9M) expression vector containing a myc-His-tag® (Right) labeling Histone H3 K9M mutant with Anti-Histone H3 (mutated K9M) antibody [EPR26429-113] ab289969 at 1/5000 dilution.
