Immunohistochemical analysis of Paraformaldehyde-fixed 2 days-post-fertilization zebrafish embryo tissue labeling Histone H3S10ph phospho Ser10 (green) using ab308373 at 1/100 dilution. Antigen retrival was performed using Tris-HCl buffer, pH 9.0, 20 min at 70C

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histone H3S10ph (phospho Ser10) antibody [HL1752] (ab308373) diluted at 1/1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
Lane 1: Untreated (–) HeLa whole cell extracts at 30 µg

For immunofluorescence analysis, HeLa cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde at 37C for 30 minutes and permeabilized for detection of Histone H3S10ph phospho Ser10 using ab308373 at 1/500 dilution (green). Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.
