For immunofluorescence analysis, HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at room temperature for 15 minutes and permeabilized for detection of Histone H4 protein using ab308404 at 1/500 dilution (green). Nuclei (blue) is stained with fluoroshield with DAPI.
