Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Homer1 antibody [L113/130] - Chicken IgY (Chimeric) (AB325659)
Representative FFPE section of rat brain cerebellum showing Homer1 staining. The sections were stained with ab325659 at a 1 : 100 dilution using goat anti-chicken IgY FITC secondary antibody (green). The stained sections were mounted with Fluoroshield (DAPI & DABCO) mounting medium. DAPI (blue) stains cell nuclei. The antibody stains the postsynaptic densities of the Purkinje cell dendrites in the molecular layer of the cerebellum.
