Supplier Data
Western blot - Anti-HPV16 E7 antibody [EPR30642-21] (AB325396)
Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
Negative control : 293T(PMID : 34729114); HeLa, U-2 OS(PMID : 20970819).
The blot was developed using a high-sensitivity ECL substrate, allowing for the detection of proteins in the mid-femtogram range.
The identity of the higher MW bands at approximately 37 kDa and 150KDa are unknown.
In Western blot, Anti-GAPDH antibody [EPR16891] - Loading Control (ab181602) staining at 1/200000 dilution.
