Paraffin embedded human liver tissue stained for HSD17B13 using ab279388 at 1/200 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis. Heat-induced epitope retrieval by 1mM EDTA in 10mM Tris buffer with pH8.5 at 120°C for 3minutes.
