Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human A549 xenograft tissue, labeling HSD3B2 with ab154385 at 1/100 dilution.

All lanes: Western blot - Anti-HSD3B2 antibody (ab154385) at 1/1000 dilution
Lane 1: Raji whole cell lysate at 30 µg
Lane 2: HeLaS3 whole cell lysate at 30 µg

Immunofluorescent analysis of methanol-fixed HeLa cells, labeling HSD3B2 with ab154385 at 1/200 dilution. Lower image shows cells co-stained with Hoechst 33342.
ab154385 staining HSD3B2 in horse cumulus cells by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 20% bovine serum for 1 hour at 18°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 2% BSA) for 18 hours at 18°C. A Biotin-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
