Interpolated concentration of IgA was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : starting concentration of the first point of recovery in 0.0125% dilution of Rat Serum, 0.025% dilution of Rat Plasma (NaCit) and 2% dilution of Rat Urine. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- standard deviation, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in casein buffer. We do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
