Indirect ELISA - Anti-IgG1 antibody [MIGG-108] (AB133468)
Indirect ELISA analysis of ab133468 incubated with Mouse IgG1, Mouse IgG2a, Mouse IgG2b, Mouse IgG3, Mouse IgA, Mouse IgM, Human IgG, and Rat IgG protein for 60 minutes. The Secondary antibody used was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), alkaline phosphatase-conjugated at 1/2500 dilution dilution.
OD was read at 405nm within 5 minutes.
