Immunoprecipitation - Anti-IL-2 Receptor alpha antibody [BLR157J] - BSA free (AB314083)

Samples : Whole cell lysate (0.5 mg per IP reaction; 5% of IP loaded) from MJ cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies : Rabbit anti IL-2 Receptor alpha recombinant monoclonal antibody [BLR157J] used for IP at 20 µl/mg lysate. IL-2 Receptor alpha was also immunoprecipitated by another antibody against a different epitope of IL-2 Receptor alpha. For blotting immunoprecipitated IL-2 Receptor alpha, A700-157 was used at 1 : 1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
