Immunoprecipitation - Anti-IL-2 Receptor alpha antibody [EPR22588-118] (AB255732)

IL-2 Receptor alpha was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg of WEHI-231 (mouse lymphoblast B cell lymphoma cell line) whole cell lysate with ab255732 at 1/40 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab255732 at 1/1000 dilution. VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366), was used as the secondary antibody at 1/5000 dilution.

Lane 1 : WEHI-231 whole cell lysate 10 μg (Input).
Lane 2 : ab255732 IP in WEHI whole cell lysate.
Lane 3 : Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab255732 in WEHI whole cell lysate.

Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
Exposure time : 15 seconds.

IL-2 Receptor alpha is a glycoprotein, the molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID : 17475646).
