Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-IL-2 Receptor alpha antibody [EPR22588-18] (AB227834)

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat spleen tissue labeling IL-2 Receptor alpha with ab227834 at 1/500 dilution (1.26 μg/ml) followed by a ready to use Rabbit specific IHC polymer detection kit HRP/DAB (ab209101). Membranous staining on T cells of rat spleen (PMID : 17056509) is observed. The section was incubated with ab227834 for 30 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. Counterstained with hematoxylin.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution 2) for 20 mins.

Secondary antibody only control : Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is a ready to use Rabbit specific IHC polymer detection kit HRP/DAB (ab209101).

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-IL-2 Receptor alpha antibody [EPR22588-18] (AB227834)

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of formaldehyde-fixed mouse CT26 tumor taken out of Balb/C mice tissue. Stained with ab227834 at 1/500 dilution. Secondary antibody used was ImmPRESS® HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG Polymer Detection. Blocking was done with Peroxidase Blocking Solution, BLOXALL for 20 minutes at 20°C. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody and Signalstain ab diluent for 18 hours at 4°C. Antigen retrieval method was heat mediated with Tris-EDTA pH 9.
