ab45420 staining IL23 P19 (green) in Human THP-1 cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.

Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 5% serum for 1 hour at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 5% goat serum + 1 BSA) for 1 hour at 20°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.

ab45420 staining IL23 in Mouse bone marrow derived macrophages by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X100 and blocked with 5% serum for 1 hour at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody at 1/200 dilution in 5% goat serum in PBS for 1 hour at 20°C. An Alexa Fluor^® 488 goat anti-rabbit was used as the secondary antibody.
