Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue stained for IL-4I1/LAO with ab222102 at 1/2000 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ready to use. IL-4I1/LAO was immunoprecipitated from 0.35mg HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) transfected with IL-4I1/LAO expression vector containing a myc-GFP-tag whole cell lysate with ab222102 at 1/30 dilution. Western blot was perfromed from the immunoprecipitate using ab222102 at 1/1000 dilution, VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366) was used for detection at 1/5000 dilution.
Lane 1 : HEK-293T transfected with IL-4I1/LAO expression vector containing a myc-GFP-tag whole cell lysate 10μg (Input).
Lane 2 : ab222102 IP in HEK-293 transfected with IL-4I1/LAO expression vector containing a myc-GFP-tag whole cell lysate (+).
