Sandwich ELISA of ab322515 using human ITIH4 immunogen protein standard curve with the capture antibody ab322507 at 2 μg/mL and detector antibody Anti-ITIH4 Antibody [EPR25912-54] - BSA and Azide free (Detector) ab322508 at 0.5 μg/mL. Background-subtracted absorbance data values (mean +/- standard deviation) are displayed.
Interpolated concentration of ITIH4 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows: 1:32 serum and plasma (EDTA). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- standard deviation, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1% Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA). Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
