  • ChIP

Supplier Data

ChIP - Anti-JUND Antibody (AB327256)

ChIP-Exo-Seq composite graph for ab327256 tested in K562 cells at 1–10 µg per reaction. Strand-specific reads (blue : forward, red : reverse) and IgG controls (black : forward, grey : reverse) are plotted against the distance from a composite set of reference binding sites. The antibody exhibits robust target enrichment compared to a non-specific IgG control and precisely reveals its structural organization around the binding site. Data generated by Prof. B. F. Pugh´s Lab at Cornell University.

Target data

Transcription factor binding AP-1 sites (PubMed : 9989505). Heterodimerizes with proteins of the FOS family to form an AP-1 transcription factor complex, thereby enhancing their DNA binding activity to an AP-1 consensus sequence 3'-TGA[GC]TCA-5' and enhancing their transcriptional activity (PubMed : 28981703, PubMed : 9989505).
