(D) HEK-293T transfected with a human KIR3DS1 expression vector containing a his tag. (E) HEK-293T transfected with empty vector containing a His tag. tissue labeling KIR3DL1+KIR2DL3+KIR3DL2 with ab314868 at 1/4000 (0.129 ug/ml) followed by a ready to use LeicaDS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection). Positive staining on (A) HEK-293T transfected with a human KIR3DL1 expression vector containing a his tag, (B) HEK-293T transfected with a human KIR2DL3 expression vector containing a his tag, and (C) HEK-293T transfected with a human KIR3DL2 expression vector containing a his tag.
