All lanes: Western blot - Anti-LASS2 antibody [HL1717] (ab308189) at 1/1000 dilution
Lane 1: Wild-type (WT) 293T cell extract at 30 µg
Lane 2: LASS2 knockout (KO) 293T cell extract at 30 µg
All lanes: HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma labeling LASS2 protein with ab308189 at 1/100 dilution. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with citrate buffer pH 6.0 for 15 mins.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer labeling LASS2 protein with ab308189 at 1/100 dilution. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with citrate buffer pH 6.0 for 15 mins.
For immunofluorescence analysis, HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 minutes and permeabilized for detection of LASS2 protein using ab308189 at 1/500 dilution (green).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LASS2 antibody [HL1717] (ab308189) diluted at 1/1000. A HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
