Western blot - Anti-Lingo1 antibody [EPR24049-72] - BSA and Azide free (AB287989)

This data was developed using ab309529, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.

Lanes 1 - 9 : Merged signal (magenta and green). Green – ab309529 observed at 93 kDa. Magenta - loading control, ab8245 observed at 37 kDa.

ab309529 was shown to specifically react with LINGO1 in human, mouse and rat brain tissue lysates. Samples were run on an SDS-PAGE gel then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane. ab287974 and Anti-GAPDH antibody [6C5] - Loading Control (ab8245) were incubated overnight at 4°C at 1 in 1000 and 1 in 20000 dilutions, respectively. Blots were developed with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (IRDye® 800CW) preadsorbed and Goat anti-Mouse IgG H&L (IRDye® 680RD) preadsorbed secondary antibodies at 1 in 20000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature before imaging.
