Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-LMO2 antibody [SP51] - BSA and Azide free (AB240267)
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of Human tonsil tissue sections labeling LMO2 with ab183328 at 1/50 dilution (3.22 μg/ml). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Citrate buffer (pH 6.0, epitope retrieval solution 1) for 20 mins. Rabbit specific IHC polymer detection kit HRP/DAB (ab209101) was used as the secondary antibody. Hematoxylin was used as a counterstain. Mainly nuclear staining on the human tonsil, performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND™ RX instrument.
The section was incubated with ab183328 for 30 mins at room temperature.

LMO2 forms multiprotein complexes that include TAL1 GATA1 and E47 which are necessary for the transcriptional activation of genes involved in blood cell differentiation and formation.
