Low expression : RAW 264.7, Beta-TC-6, Raji, HDLM-2
The expression profile/ molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID : 19936252; PMID : 26847765; PMID : 17119023).
Lanes 1-4 of this blot was developed using a high-sensitivity ECL substrate, allowing for the detection of proteins in the mid-femtogram range.
