Specificity

A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross reactivity with MAGP-2 protein from human and chimpanzee based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Expect partial reactivity with MAGP-2 from mouse, dog and rat sources based on partial (~75%) sequence homology. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.
