IgY fractions purified from yolks then affinity purified using a peptide column. Equal volumes of both of these affinity purified anti peptide antibodies were mixed, and the preparation was filter sterilized.
Two different affinity purified anti peptide antibodies were combined to make this product. The concentrations of both of these antibodies was 100 μg/ml, making the total antibody concentration 200 μg/ml.
