ab84422 staining Matrin 3 in human U2OS cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.

Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.5% NP-40, blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour a room temperature, then incubated with ab84422 at a 1/100 dilution for 1 hour. The secondary antibody used was an Alexa-Fluor 488 conjugate donkey polyclonal, used at a 1/1000 dilution.
