Competitive ELISA - Anti-Melatonin antibody [EPPTX-R10-35-7] (AB241066)

Goat anti-rabbit IgG was coated onto 96-wells. Serial dilutions of Melatonin (0, 3, 10, 30, 100, 300pg/mL) was added (25μL). This was followed by adding 50μL HRP-conjugated Melatonin and 4.0-4.5ng/mL of ab241066 (50μL) into each well. Plates were incubated for 2 hours at room temperature by shaking. After washing, 125 μL of Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate was added and incubated for 30 minutes without shaking for color development. Then 125μL of stopping solution (acid solution) was dispensed and OD was read at 450 nm on a microplate reader within 5 minutes.
