Flow Cytometry - Anti-Methylglyoxal antibody [9F11] (AB243074)

Flow cytometric analysis of 90% methanol-fixed SH-SY5Y (human neuroblastoma cell line from bone marrow) cells (+ 250 μM hydrogen peroxide treatment for 24 hours) labeling Methylglyoxal with ab243074 at 1/50 dilution for 30 minutes on ice (solid line) compared with an Isotype control IgG (dashed line). A Goat Anti-Mouse : PE at 1/100 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (20 mins at RT).
