Immunoprecipitation - Anti-METTL2 antibody [EPR26701-205] (AB324877)
METTL2 was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg Neuro-2a (mouse neuroblastoma neuroblast) whole cell lysate with ab324877 at 1/30 dilution (2ug in 0.35mg lysates). Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab324877 at 1000 dilution.
Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST

Western blot - Anti-METTL2 antibody [EPR26701-205] (AB324877)
Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
Performed under reducing conditions.
In Western blot, ab324877 was shown to bind specifically to METTL2. Target of interest was observed at 44 kDa in wild-type mouse tissues lysates (lanes 1, 3, 5, 7) with no signal observed at this size in METTL2 knockout tissues (lanes 2, 4, 6, 8).
The lysates were kindly provided by Dr Jiaqiang Zhou's lab, Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
In Western blot, Anti-GAPDH antibody [EPR16891] - Loading Control (ab181602) staining at 1/200000 dilution.
