(Top) Spectral emission profiles generated using four spatially offset lasers (355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, and 640 nm). Each laser produced a distinct emission pattern, and their combination yielded the composite spectral signature.

(Bottom) Flow cytometry analysis of whole blood stained with ab326839. The fluorescence signal was monitored using an Cytek Aurora flow cytometer in the specific V3-A channel.

Target data

CD2 interacts with lymphocyte function-associated antigen CD58 (LFA-3) and CD48/BCM1 to mediate adhesion between T-cells and other cell types. CD2 is implicated in the triggering of T-cells, the cytoplasmic domain is implicated in the signaling function.
