Interpolated concentration of native MMP14 was measured at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : A431 cell extract (50 µg/mL) and U-118 MG cell extract (50 µg/mL). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 5% bovine serum albumin (BSA). Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.

Endopeptidase that degrades various components of the extracellular matrix such as collagen (PubMed : 8015608). Essential for pericellular collagenolysis and modeling of skeletal and extraskeletal connective tissues during development (By similarity).
