Paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue stained for MOV10L1/Champ using ab236977 at 1/400 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 minutes at RT.
