Flow Cytometry analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 90% methanol permeabilized T84 (human colon epithelial cell) cells labeling MUC13 with ab231159 at a 1.082μg/ml (red) compared to a mouse monoclonal IgG isotype control (black) and cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (blue). Goat anti-mouse IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) ab150113) was used as the secondary at a 1/2000 dilution.
Gated on viable cells.
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized LoVo (human colorectal adenocarcinoma epithelial cell) cells labeling MUC13 with ab1231159 at 10.82μg/ml, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) (Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) ab150113) secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution (green). Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining on LoVo cell line. The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue).
