Supplier Data
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-NFATC2 Antibody (AB327205)
Immunohistochemical staining of human cerebral cortex using ab327205 at 1 : 50–1 : 200 dilution, showing low expression as expected.

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-NFATC2 Antibody (AB327205)
Immunohistochemistry analysis in human lymph node and cerebral cortex tissues using ab327205 at 1 : 50–1 : 200 dilution. Corresponding NFATC2 RNA-seq data are presented for the same tissues.
- ChIP
Supplier Data
ChIP - Anti-NFATC2 Antibody (AB327205)
ChIP-Exo-Seq composite graph for ab327205 tested in K562 cells at 1–10 µg per reaction. Strand-specific reads (blue : forward, red : reverse) and IgG controls (black : forward, grey : reverse) are plotted against the distance from a composite set of reference binding sites. The antibody exhibits robust target enrichment compared to a non-specific IgG control and precisely reveals its structural organization around the binding site. Data generated by Prof. B. F. Pugh´s Lab at Cornell University.
