Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
The expression of NLRC5 is upregulated in response to IFN gamma treatment (PMID : 36103539; PMID : 20610642; PMID : 20061403).
This antibody can recognize the different isoforms of NLRC5.
