Immunoprecipitation - Anti-NT5C3 antibody [009] - BSA and Azide free (AB276067)

NT5C3 was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) and Jurkat (human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) whole cell lysate with 0.5 μL ab276067 and 15 μl of 50 % Protein G agarose. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab276067 at 1/500 dilution. Rabbit IgG (H+L) Dylight 800-labeled antibody, was used as secondary antibody at 1/5000 dilution.

Developed using the odssey technique.

Target data

Nucleotidase which shows specific activity towards cytidine monophosphate (CMP) and 7-methylguanosine monophosphate (m(7)GMP) (PubMed : 24603684). CMP seems to be the preferred substrate (PubMed : 15968458).
