Flow Cytometry (Intracellular) - Anti-Ornithine Decarboxylase/ODC antibody [EPR29794-513] (AB324979)
Flow cytometric analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed 90% methanol permeabilized RAW 264.7 (mouse Abelson murine leukemia virus-induced tumor macrophage) treated with 100ng/ml LPS for 24hours (Lower left and right) and Untreated RAW 264.7 (Upper left and right) cells labelling Ornithine Decarboxylase/ODC with ab324979 at 1/50 dilution (1ug) / Upper right and Lower right compared with a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) / Left isotype control and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody).
Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150081) at 1/5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Ornithine Decarboxylase/ODC antibody [EPR29794-513] (AB324979)
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized RAW 264.7 (mouse Abelson murine leukemia virus-induced tumor macrophage) and RAW 264.7 treated with lipopolysaccharide (100 ng/mL) for 24 hr labelling Ornithine Decarboxylase/ODC with ab324979 at 1/200 (2.48 µg/ml) dilution, followed by ab150081 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed antibody at 1/1000 dilution (Green).
Confocal image showing increased cytoplasmic staining in RAW 264.7 cell line (shown in green) treated with lipopolysaccharide (100 ng/mL) for 24 hr. The counterstain was observed in magenta. Nuclear DNA was labelled with DAPI (shown in blue). Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).
ab7291 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/1000 dilution (Magenta). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
