Flow Cytometry (Intracellular) - PE Anti-ROR1 antibody [EPR24451-141] (AB281779)

Flow cytometry overlay histogram showing left PANC-1 positive cells and right negative MCF7 cells stained with ab281779 (red line). The cells were incubated in 1x PBS containing 10 % normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interaction followed by the antibody (ab281779) (1x 106 in 100μl at 1μg/ml (1/500)) for 30 min on ice.

Isotype control antibody (black line) was Rabbit IgG (monoclonal) Phycoerythrin (ab209478) used at the same concentration and conditions as the primary antibody. Unlabelled sample (blue line) was also used as a control.

Acquisition of >5000 events were collected using a 50 mW Yellow/Green laser (561nm) and 585/42 bandpass filter.

Target data

Has very low kinase activity in vitro and is unlikely to function as a tyrosine kinase in vivo (PubMed : 25029443). Receptor for ligand WNT5A which activate downstream NFkB signaling pathway and may result in the inhibition of WNT3A-mediated signaling (PubMed : 25029443, PubMed : 27162350). In inner ear, crucial for spiral ganglion neurons to innervate auditory hair cells (PubMed : 27162350). Via IGFBP5 ligand, forms a complex with ERBB2 to enhance CREB oncogenic signaling (PubMed : 36949068).
