Flow cytometric analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed 90% methanol permeabilized HCT 116 (human colorectal carcinoma epithelial cell, Left) / NIH:OVCAR-3 (human ovary adenocarcinoma epithelial cell, Right) cells labelling SLC34A2 - N-terminal with ab322453 at 1/5000 dilution (0.01ug) (Red) compared with a Rabbit IgG monoclonal [EPR25A] - Isotype Control (Phycoerythrin) (PE Rabbit IgG, monoclonal [EPR25A] - Isotype Control ab209478) (Black) isotype control and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody).

Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized NIH:OVCAR-3 (human ovary adenocarcinoma epithelial cell) cells labelling SLC34A2 - N-terminal with ab322453 at 1/50 (10.0 ug/ml) dilution.

Alexa Fluor® 488 Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Microtubule Marker ab195887 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 488) was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/200 2.5ug/ml dilution (Magenta). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
