Western blot - Anti-PLBD2 antibody [EPR21204] (AB225580)
This blot was produced using a 4-12% Bis-tris gel under the MOPS buffer system. The gel was run at 200V for 50 minutes before being transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane at 30V for 70 minutes. The membrane was then blocked for an hour using 2% BSA solution before being incubated with ab225580 overnight at 4°C. Antibody binding was visualised using ECL development solution ab133406.

Indirect ELISA - Anti-PLBD2 antibody [EPR21204] (AB225580)
Different concentrations of immobilised PLBD2 protein was recognised in an indirect ELISA by ab225580. Bound ab225580 (1 μg x mL-1) was detected by peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (0.16 μg x mL-1). OD (background signal subtracted) shown on the y-axis.
