Interpolated concentration of PRDX3 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : starting concentration of the first point of recovery in 0.025 mg/ml of HAP1 WT and HAP1 PRDX3 KO. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- standard deviation, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in CVE buffer. We do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
